A Seven (7) day trip in the Makay massif in the midst of magnificent wilderness to confine oneself.
In the program :
Day 1 : ANTANANARIVO – MIANDRIVAZO.
Departure from Antananarivo to Miandrivazo (8-9 hours drive). Dinner and overnight at the Botakely hotel.
Day 2 : MIANDRIVAZO – SAKAPALY
Transfer to the Makay North site via Malaimbandy then 1h30 walk to the camping point at the edge of the Sakapaly river. Dinner and overnight in a tent.
Day 3 : SAKAPALY
Hiking, natural cave, passage through primary forests with the possibility of meeting lemurs.
Dinner and overnight in a tent on the river bank.
Day4 : SAKAPALY
Another day of walking, the route will loop through the different canyons. Dinner and overnight in a tent.
Day 5 : SAKAPALY – ANDASIBE RIVOTSY
After a few hours of walking, a 360 ° view from one of the roofs of the Makay. Dinner and overnight in a tent.
Day 6 : ANDASIBE RIVOTSY – MIANDRIVAZO
4h walk to the car park at the foot of the massif, then on the way to Miandrivazo. Dinner and overnight at the Botakely hotel.
Day 7 : MIANDRIVAZO – ANTANANARIVO
Day of return trip to Antananarivo. End of program.
